Reiki Spiritual Healing

Reiki spiritual healing has been practiced for over a century. Dr. Mikao Usui, a wealthy Buddhist monk, founded this energy healing method after staying in a cave for 21 days on Mount Kurama in Kyoto, Japan. After three weeks of fasting, meditation and prayer, he saw ancient Sanskrit symbols that helped him create a system of healing unlike any other. Reiki is a wonderful practice as it can be used on oneself, on others, pets and even babies.

Reiki spiritual healing can positively influence the electricity that naturally courses through all living things.

5 Principles Of Reiki

There are 5 principles of Reiki for practitioners and students alike (and truly anyone) to be mindful of. Releasing negative energy and balancing the harmonious flow of energy within our body can help remove stagnant blockages, stress and toxins to facilitate calm relaxation and healing. The following principles are meant to help create awareness that everyone can abide by in order to encourage a loving and healthy foundation to live by. The 5 principles of Reiki spiritual healing are:

1. Just for today, I will not worry.
2. Just for today, I will not be angry.
3. Just for today, I will be grateful.
4. Just for today, I will do my work honestly.
5. Just for today, I will be kind to every living thing.
